Bex Harris

Bex Harris is the owner operator of TED Property Management and a results-driven investment strategist with a strong background in management, customer service, and property investing. Her focus is on helping investors maximise equity and yield while creating a simple, stress free ownership experience.

Since starting her property management journey in 2015, Bex has helped hundreds of out-of-town investors identify and secure high-performing opportunities, backed by reliable, stress free management. She combines sharp investment insight with a people-first approach, ensuring both owners and tenants are positioned for long-term success.

Known for her high energy and ability to execute at pace, Bex is often nicknamed “the tornado” for the momentum she brings and the results she delivers.

Following their early success, Bex and her husband Brad acquired and scaled a Dunedin portfolio of over 500 properties, refining systems and processes to consistently deliver strong outcomes for investors.

Now based back in Christchurch, Bex is focused on helping investors tap into one of New Zealand’s most compelling growth markets. With strong fundamentals, ongoing development, and increasing national interest, she sees Christchurch as a key opportunity for those looking to build or expand a high-performing portfolio.

Bex’s drive to see investors succeed, combined with her experience in building scalable property management systems, is matched by her commitment to raising the standard of the industry.

Brad Harris

Brad Harris is the owner operator of TED Property Management, bringing a strong background in renovations, project management, and property improvement. With a natural eye for detail and a passion for adding value, Brad plays a key role in helping investors unlock the full potential of their properties.

Originally the driving force behind entering the property investment industry, Brad has always been focused on the practical side of investing, identifying opportunities, improving assets, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. He enjoys the process of transforming properties and delivering tangible results.

Where Bex brings energy and momentum, Brad is the steady execution behind the scenes. Known for his attention to detail and structured approach, he focuses on building the systems, processes, and foundations that ensure long-term success.

While Bex is often the face of the business, Brad is the one holding it all together, bringing balance, structure, and consistency. His ability to slow things down when needed ensures that growth is sustainable, well-planned, and built on solid ground.

Ted

Ted is the unofficial mascot of TED Property Management. While the business is definitely not named after the family cat, he has certainly claimed the role.

Full of personality and a healthy dose of sass, this voluptuous boy is highly food motivated and not shy about it. If he feels he is being ignored, he has been known to take matters into his own paws by opening the kitchen cupboard and helping himself to his own, or the dogs’, food.
‍
His favourite sleeping position is anywhere upside down, often in poses that have been known to alarm first-time visitors. What looks like a dramatic “hit by a car” moment is, in fact, just Ted completely relaxed and living his best life.

A little chaotic, very lovable, and impossible to ignore, Ted brings a touch of humour and personality to the brand.
